To delete your online account with Merck Employees FCU, you will need to email memberservices@merckefcu.com. In the message, please include the full name of the primary member and their phone number. The email subject must read: Online Banking Account Deletion Request. Someone from the credit union will reach out to you to process the request.
Alternately, you can visit any of our branches during normal business hours to process this request.
