Lost Debit Cards 1-800-554-8969 To report your debit card lost or stolen. When reporting your card lost, you must give your name, last 4 digits of your social security number, account number and name of the financial institution.
Debit Card Transaction Dispute 1-844-202-5070 To dispute a transaction on your debit card, please contact us at the number above.
