New Site to Access Your Visa Credit Card Account Coming August 17

On August 17th, our online credit card management system is being upgraded. The new site will look and feel different from the current site you use to access your Visa card account.

Rest assured, the new site will feature the same convenient self-service features such as viewing transactions, paying your balance, accessing statements, setting travel alerts, disputing transactions, and much more. Here’s how to access the new site:

Desktop Users Only (No Mobile App Credentials): If you only access your Visa card account through the Web site (and don’t use the current Mobile app), simply log in with your existing desktop site credentials. The only change you will experience is the first time you log into the new site you will be prompted with two-factor authentication. A 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the email address on file and must be entered to log in. This is for your security and ensures you are correctly authenticated on the new site.

Please remember to update any bookmarks you currently may have saved to access your card account with a bookmark for the new site, which will be available on August 17th by visiting www.merckcu.com and clicking on “Credit Card” in the menu.

Currently, Chrome and Safari are the only two browsers that are supported.

Mobile App Users: If you only have login credentials for our mobile credit card app, you can utilize those credentials to log in to the new Web site. You will then be asked to link your mobile card management profile to your desktop card management account. This ensures going forward you can log into the Web site and the mobile app using the same credentials.

Please note: If you only use the mobile app, you will experience no changes as a result of this transition.

We understand that any system update can cause minor inconvenience, but please note this change is being made to ensure your Visa card account has the latest security and online features to best serve you in the future.
